At the heart of Ta’s Table is a deep-rooted passion for food, instilled in our Executive Chef, Ta'Shanique Francis, from a young age. What began as a childhood love for cooking quickly evolved into a lifelong pursuit. Her journey took her across the United States—first for education, then to expand her culinary expertise through hands-on experience in diverse settings. Along the way, she explored the flavors and techniques of many different cultures, enriching her culinary perspective.
